Customer needs
Through on-site investigation and communication with the customer's East China production plant, AGV Robotics preliminarily believes that the intelligent handling scheme is as follows:
1. Finished products are stored on the first floor
The finished product temporary storage area is transported to the entrance of the warehouse
2. The finished products on the second floor are out of the warehouse and the raw materials are sent to the line
The exit of the warehouse is transported to the temporary storage area of raw materials, the temporary storage area of raw materials is transported to the entrance of the production line, and the raw materials to be unpacked/to be returned to the warehouse are transported to the warehouse entrance.

Manual random stacking is irregular, which solves the narrow space and high-precision docking scene at the end in the human-computer interaction scenario.
2、跨楼层作业、输送线信号对接
Automatically complete the AGV in and out of the elevator, electronic door and other floor conversion and regional transfer actions, to solve the cross-floor, multi-regional material moving needs, AGV and the conveyor line signal docking, the conveyor line PLC sends status instructions, AGV host computer system reads the state after dispatching AGV to the conveyor line to pick up the goods.

The project adopts a number of counterbalanced forward AGV forklifts and counterbalanced stacking AGV forklifts, which can load 1500KG and 2000KG respectively, and the car body is equipped with a new generation of laser dynamic mapping and navigation technology, which can scan the scene dynamically in real time.
2. System closed-loop control
Equipped with AGVS system, WMS inventory management system, WCS warehouse control system, automatic charging system, automatic door and elevator system, through the system series, real-time upload of product inventory status, delivery information, equipment status, etc., to create a closed-loop management of information flow.
