Europe's largest manufacturer of household electronics and appliances. The first step of the digital production workshop transformation is to open up the information flow of production, warehousing and management through the introduction of AGV handling system.
Transformation difficulties
1. Accurate flow of massive materials
There are more than 10,000 kinds of materials required for the production line, and the size and weight vary greatly, and the distribution path needs to be dynamically adjusted with the order.
2. The dual challenges of space and precision
It is required to realize the stacking of two pallets, and the accuracy of picking and unloading goods needs to reach the millimeter level to match the rhythm of high-speed automated production lines.
3. European standard certification and seamless integration
The project had to strictly follow the European Machinery Safety Directive and industrial communication protocols, and be seamlessly integrated with existing SAP, MES and European standard certifications
Solution
The project innovatively deploys a number of AGVs with non-reflective laser navigation forklifts, equipped with intelligent traffic management systems (AGVS) and warehouse control systems (WCS), to complete the unmanned handling operations of automatic feeding and vehicle recycling of some production lines.

The advanced laser SLAM navigation technology combined with high-precision servo control keeps the positioning accuracy within ±5mm.

In response to the challenge of frequent changes in the production line, AGVs realize dynamic obstacle avoidance and path replanning based on real-time maps and intelligent algorithms, without stopping production to adjust the reflector.

Dense double-tier storage is achieved through precise control, which improves the space utilization rate by nearly 60% compared with the traditional single-layer solution and breaks the factory area limitation.
3、跨系统“无感”集成
Realize the "zero rejection" integration of AGV system and European local equipment and SAP/MES, and the information flow is fully connected.
