The customer is a manufacturing enterprise that produces various types of food, beverage and cosmetics PET packaging containers, and plans to improve the efficiency of material and product storage and transfer through the introduction of unmanned forklifts and logistics systems in the East China production workshop, so as to achieve the purpose of production management, equipment management and safety management, so as to complete the scheduling and execution of material handling.
Difficulty
1. The customer's site is a dense warehouse, and it is required to handle two pallets of goods at a time (with a height of up to 3.2m). In order to meet the stable operation of the fully shielded or open outdoor environment, the AGV "Little Qianjin" V15T unmanned forklift adopts the latest dynamic laser SLAM navigation technology to perceive changes in the surrounding environment in real time, and realize the ability of the unmanned forklift to position, identify and dispatch in complex dynamic scenes.
2. Due to the light weight of the goods (300kg) and the high height of the two pallets, in order to prevent the dumping of goods caused by the emergency stop and start of the unmanned forklift, AGV adopts the self-developed fourth-generation Aiyun MCU controller, which has the advantages of high stability, more accurate vehicle control and strong anti-interference.

The customer is a tea brand enterprise focusing on lemon tea, and has introduced the Aijiwei standard "small jack" V15F unmanned forklift and AGVS Tianshu dispatching system in the East China warehouse to complete the automatic handling and data information management of 479 storage locations in the finished product warehouse, so as to save labor costs and reduce work.
The material information is entered into the Kingdee system through the PDA scanning code, and the Kingdee system sends handling instructions to the AGVS dispatching system, and the unmanned forklift completes the automatic warehousing of finished products. When some materials are returned to the warehouse, the material information and quantity are manually updated through the PDA, and the return instruction is issued.
A large Sino-foreign joint venture food enterprise
The customer is engaged in coffee powder and other food manufacturing enterprises, and the project introduces a number of "small jacks" V15T unmanned forklifts, AGVS dispatching system and WCS warehouse control system to complete the automatic docking of raw material loading and unloading ports, and the automatic process of temporary storage from finished products to finished products.
The V15T unmanned forklift transports the tank to the loading and unloading port of the fixed equipment, through the system docking, the unmanned forklift interacts with the loading and unloading port and carries the material pipe into the docking position, requiring the accuracy of the unmanned forklift to be ±10mm, after the unmanned forklift places the tank in the specified position, it exits to a safe position, and the automatic valve of the tank is opened and docked with the line body to complete the loading and unloading handling.
A leading enterprise in food paper packaging
The customer is engaged in the manufacture of paper packaging materials that are in direct contact with food, and has introduced a number of V15F stacking unmanned forklifts and AGVS Tianshu dispatching system to realize the automatic handling of raw materials and semi-finished products on the line, and connect with the on-site MES at the system layer to realize real-time sharing and closed-loop management of production information.
The MES system transmits the handling task signal to the AGVS Tianshu dispatching system, and the unmanned forklift is responsible for transporting the paper roll from the raw material point to the loading point of each production line, as well as transporting the semi-finished products from the production line point to the ground buffer library, and the unmanned forklift and the manipulator are docked in the intermediate process, and when the manipulator labels the paper roll, the unmanned forklift will move the whole stack of materials to the buffer library for storage.
