In order to further improve product quality and production efficiency, the company plans to introduce intelligent equipment and data systems in production, assembly and other links to realize the automatic operation process and logistics data management of raw materials and finished products in the factory.
Solution
Based on customer needs, AGV optimizes the logistics layout, and realizes the flexible logistics transfer of battery cells from the warehouse to the module production line and the automatic online line of the pack line by introducing a number of standard "small jack" V15T unmanned forklifts and Tianshu dispatching system AGVS. On the system, through the warehouse management system WMS and the warehouse control system WCS, the equipment data and logistics information are opened up, and the dynamic monitoring and real-time management of goods in and out of the warehouse are carried out for multiple storage locations in the preparation area.
1. The battery cell is online
Move from the stocking position of the battery cell warehouse to the online position of the module production line; Empty pallets are automatically moved from the module production line back to the cell warehouse;
2. Module delivery line
The PACK assembly line calls for feeding, and the unmanned forklift handles the module from the end storage area of the module production line to the hydraulic lifting platform at the loading end of the PACK line, requiring a docking accuracy of ±10mm; Then the empty pallet of the pack line is moved from the loading position to the offline position of the module line by the unmanned forklift, and when the empty pallet is not needed, the unmanned forklift will carry the empty pallet to the temporary storage area;
